Winding:
Design will take care of all dynamic ability and thermal stress during working condition of each winding (LV/HV). Material used will be multi paper covered aluminium or copper conductor with electrolytic conductivity grade is used.

Assembly:
Under strict supervision the Core Coil Assembly work is carried out to meet the specific design parameters. And Retain all hot spot temperature within limits.

Tank:
Pressure test is carried out on each individual tank which is madeup of mild steel to check leak points and bulging.
